Understanding themselves, their strengths and their interests are essential building blocks to students' university and careers research. They should have a strong sense of who they are, how they learn and what they're passionate about before they even start to think about applications or jobs! But these are big questions, and answering them can be difficult - especially in adolescence. That's why we wanted to spend some time exploring the different types of personality assessments, and how you can use them as part of your students' university research process.
